How Perfect Packers began:
Owner, Jeff Spence, recognizes the serious competition within the moving industry.
After several years in the moving industry working for major van lines, his decision
to strike out on his own was fuelled by the desire to service his customers beyond
their expectations without overcharging.
Jeff recognized the importance of customer
service excellence and the fact it could make or break the business' success. He now
strives for his own organization to value the importance of the customer's success
with their move. His staff are selected very carefully to ensure they will become a
vital part of his team. Jeff started Perfect Packers as a contract packing company
with 3 team members and has now evolved into a full service packing and moving company.
